This photo shows blue-purple morning glories blooming as their vines are climbing a chain-link fence. This photo is taken in West Philadelphia, on the south side of Baltimore Avenue, between 42nd and 43rd streets. The lot behind this fence is vacant and ovregrown with weeds and wildflowers, with a few planted flowers evident.
