Innovation Makes Us No. 1, Quality Keeps Us There

I used to pass this building in Cleveland, Ohio, a I found irony in the sign, with "Quality keeps us there" painted in an arrow that points to a boarded up door. That's not where I want to be kept.
Note the trash in front of the fence in the foreground. The fence is the only thing in the picture that shows signs of being well-maintained. This is a typical sight for Cleveland.
This photo is taken looking northeast, on the east side of East 55th Street, just south of Euclid avenue in Cleveland, Ohio. This building is oriented diagonally along the freight rail tracks that run southeast.
