This photo shows processed Yaupon leaves, dried. This is the green, or unroasted, version of Yaupon sold by Cat Spring Yaupon Tea, a new company that has started a program of sustainably harvesting and selling this plant in Texas.

I have yet to try this greener batch, but when I do, I will post a review on RateTea.
