Broken Mirror, Broken Sidewalk

A mirror, thoroughly shattered into many small pieces, lying next to the street near a thoroughly broken sidewalk tile

This sight, in Lakewood, Ohio, struck me as immediately photo-worthy. Not only was the broken mirror oddly beautiful in its own right, but there was a bizarre congruence between the mirror, the broken sidewalk tile on the left, and the cracks in the street on the right.

There is something interesting about how completely different types of human edifices ultimately break down in a very similar way.
