This photo shows loose-leaf bi luo chun, a green tea from China.
Bi luo chun is a type of green tea, usually translated "Green snail spring", named for the fact that it is harvested in spring, and for the snail-like shape of its tightly-rolled leaves.
This particular batch, from TeaVivre, was exquisite. Although I'm not particularly experienced with this type of tea, it was without a doubt the best sample I've ever tried, and it was not the most expensive! My review is on RateTea.
