These spaghetti squash, PLU code #4776, were for sale for 99 cents a pound at the Newark, Delaware farmer's market.

This squash is named for the manner in which the flesh peels away in spaghetti-like strands, once cooked. When cooked, it is called vegetable spaghetti.
