This is the affectionately-named "Mount Oberlin", not to be confused with the actual Mount Oberlin, a peak in the Lewis Range in Glacier National Park, in Montana. This much smaller peak is human-made, created when the foundation for the swimming pool in the new gym was extracted.

This "Mt. Oberlin" had for some time the claim-to-fame of being the highest point in Lorain county (846 feet above sea level) a testimony to the county's flatness. However, this title was surpassed in 2005 by a BFI landfill, which was documented at 886 feet above sea level, and growing.
