This photo shows loose-leaf Jasmine green tea, sold by Wegmans supermarket for $19 a pound.

The base tea seems to be a typical Chinese green tea, showing slightly curved leaves.

I tend to like Jasmine tea but I strongly disliked this one; you can read my review on RateTea. I found this particular batch to have cloying aroma, suggestive of bubble gum. Although the price was cheap, I find that good Chinese green tea tends to be cheap, and I've had much better teas, both jasmine and pure green teas, in a similar price range.
