Delaware River, from National Park, NJ in album Philadelphia

A walkway with a river on the left, a bridge and some industrial stuff in the distance

This photo shows the Delaware river, viewed from Red Bank Battlefield Park, in National Park, NJ. The bridge in this photo is the Girard Point Bridge, crossing the Schuylkill river near its mouth, where it enters the Delaware river. The industrial stuff in the distance is part of the shipyard at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. The other side of the river, in the distance, is all part of Philadelphia.

I love this little park; the mudflats near the edge are rather dirty, and the view in the distance is rather industrial. The Philadelphia Airport is just off this photo to the left, and this area has frequent planes flying overhead.
