This photo shows some loose-leaf "Chai Rooibos", from Culinary Teas.

"Chai rooibos" is a bit of a misnomer, because "chai" actually means tea. "Chai" has become shorthand in American English for Masala Chai, disregarding the fact that it is the word "Masala", not "chai" that communicates the spiced aspect of this blend. Nevertheless, spiced rooibos has definitely become a style of herbal tea in its own right; numerous tea companies sell such blends these days.

Name aside, I found it quite enjoyable. You can read my review on RateTea. This was certainly a good example of a "masala" or spiced rooibos, and I'd recommend it highly.
