Lindsay Gardens Tea in Dollar Store:

A bunch of boxes of teabags of Lindsay Gardens Tea on a shelf
Nov 5th, 2011, by Alex Zorach

This photo shows tea bags of Lindsay Gardens Tea available for sale in a dollar store, dollar days, in West Philadelphia, located on 48th street. These boxes of tea bags were extraordinarily inexpensive, $1 for a box of 20 tea bags.

I tend not to recommend buying tea in dollar stores, however. Freshness is important in tea, and I recommend buying high-quality loose-leaf tea, which can sometimes even be less expensive per-cup than these "bargain-buy" tea bags. For example, Ahmad tea's Kalami Assam is available for one pound for $6.15. This amounts to about 3-4 cents per cup, depending on how much leaf you use per cup, which is less even than the 5 cents per cup of these tea bags.
