Hen of the Woods (Mushroom): in album produce

These hen of the woods mushrooms were for sale at Iovine's produce in the Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia for $24.99. These mushrooms are from the species Grifola frondosa, and are not the same as "chicken of the woods", a bright yellow shelf fungus of a different species that bears little resemblance to this one. Whereas chicken of the woods is named for its resemblance to chicken breast in flavor and texture, this fungus has a very different texture.
