This photo was taken on W. Lakeside Avenue in downtown Cleveland, looking northeast to W. 3rd street, at night. It is a dry day in September.

I believe that this photo, taken from just beyond the threshold of the popular warehouse district, captures what most of downtown Cleveland looks like at night: quiet, empty, almost deserted.
